Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Gosho.store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below for all the details.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

To cancel an order, please email us at support@gosho.store with your order number and reason for cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may be eligible for a return or refund.

Refunds & Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

You must request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards

Downloadable software/products

Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Request a Refund:

Email us at connect@gosho.store with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund — no extra cost to you.
